A: To make an image your desktop wallpaper click on the resolution you require (800x600 for example), then right click the photo after it finishes loading and choose the "Set as Wallpaper" option. This option will not appear unless the image has completely loaded. If you're not sure what resolution your monitor is running in I would suggest either 800x600 or 1024x768 as being the most likely.
