We flew out of Vancouver the evening of the 4th. Then spent a few hours waiting in San Francisco for our plane to Korea, which was a mind-numbing 13 hour flight. From Korea we flew to Bangkok but first we had to spend 14 hours sitting around in the Seoul airport. What we didn't know at the time was that Asiana Airlines will actually provide you with a free hotel-stay and meal when you have to wait that long for one of their connections. So we spent our time snoozing on the wooden benches and wandering through the airport.
